Denver is a beautiful city with a lot of wonderful sites to see, places to eat, and things to do! While a concert at Red Rocks, and baseball game at the Coor’s field sound amazing, you may not have time to it these things in your busy schedule.

1. Voodoo Doughnut Mile High
You may have heard of Voodoo Doughnuts from their flagship location in Portland. So, if you haven’t had a chance to go, you’re in luck because there is one in Denver! The perfect place to grab your breakfast before lectures start!

2. Denver Art Museum
The Denver art museum is noted as one of the most culturally significant and original art venues in the country. Even if you don’t have a ton of time to spend inside, at least check out the amazing architecture of the building! And, the DAM is open late on Friday nights!
3. Crema Coffee House
Arguably the coolest coffee shop in Denver located in the RiNo district, which is known for their trendy bars, restaurants, and street murals. In addition to amazing coffee, they also have a great menu of simple foods that are created in house. Load up on coffee for those early mornings!
4. Little Man Ice Cream
Little Man Ice Cream has been a favorite for locals and visitors alike. Little Man serves Denver’s tastiest and freshest homemade ice cream, novelties, and other scrumptious treats from an iconic 28ft tall cream can. A scoop of vintage American nostalgia located in the heart of Denver! With flavors like salted oreo and chocolate whopper, you can’t go wrong here! They even have a large selection of vegan flavors!

5. Linger
Linger is one of the most popular restaurants in Denver. Housed inside a stylish, expansive room that used to be a mortuary, this restaurant provides an eclectic menu of global street food representing regional specialties from multiple continents. It also has a great rooftop bar/patio that overlooks downtown Denver. The perfect way to wind down after a long day of lectures!
